Story
As some of you will be aware, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. At this point, I consider myself pretty lucky that it's early and I am surrounded by family and friends who are supporting me through this.
There are also a number of organisations that are helping me too, and it's time for me to give back to them. The Breast Cancer Network Australia is an organisation that have provided me with a wealth of information and support. It is also through their website, that I have recorded my thoughts in my blog, so now it's time for me to help those that are helping me.
I'm taking part in the Sussan Women's Fun Run 2011 and raising much needed funds for the Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA). Every day, 38 women will be told they have breast cancer and 8 women will be lost to the disease. Your money will go towards providing newly diagnosed women with quality information and support.
